Shipping costs, right of withdrawal and returns

The shipping costs are 4.95€ within Germany. From 145€ value of goods there are no shipping costs in Germany. The shipping costs to other countries are calculated individually depending on the country and automatically added at check-out.

All goods can be returned within 30 days.

As a sustainable fashion label, we see it as our responsibility to keep returns to a minimum. For this reason, we would ask you not to buy several sizes and items to view and try on.

We are sure you understand that we cannot offer free returns. To process your return, you can use our returns portal and conveniently select the items you would like to return. You can also pay the costs of the return directly there and we will refund your purchase price upon receipt of the shipment.

The costs for a return shipment within Germany are 5.90€.
Unfortunately, the returns portal cannot be used by customers from abroad.

Returns from other countries and from orders via other external marketplaces must be sufficiently stamped. Unfortunately, shipments without postage cannot be accepted. In the event of an incorrect or damaged item, we will of course take care of a free return!

Free items supplied as part of a promotion must also be returned in the event of a return.

As soon as we have received the return, we will arrange the refund.
If the returned goods do not arrive in their original condition (e.g. worn, washed, with stains or signs of wear, without labels or hangtags) , we reserve the right not to refund the purchase price.
