7. COMPETITION


1. Participation in the competition is subject to the conditions listed below. The competition is run by Lovjoi Organic Clothing GmbH, Burgau 1, 88525 Dürmentingen. Email: Info@lovjoi.com.

2. The competition starts on Sunday, October 31, 2021 at 10 a.m. and ends on November 7, 2021 at 11:59 p.m.

3. Lovjoi will raffle off a pair of LOVJOI boots, model of your choice.

4. Participation takes place by commenting on the Instagram post of Lovjoi Organic Clothing GmbH under the conditions stated in the post. Participation is limited to fans of the Lovjoi Facebook page and fans of the Lovjoi Instagram page. The participant must be at least 18 years old and resident in Germany. By participating in the competition, the participant consents to the processing of his/her personal data in accordance with the data protection declaration for the purpose of conducting the competition (see No. 6). The winner will be determined on August 5th. A random draw will be held among all participants.

5. Comments that violate Facebook guidelines, German law and/or copyright will be removed without notice after we become aware of them. The participant will then be disqualified from winning.

6. The winners will be announced via the comment function and/or private message on the Lovjoi Instagram page. The winner must respond within 24 hours of receiving notification of the win either via Instagram or by email to anna-lena@lovjoi.com. If the winner does not respond within this period, the right to the prize will expire.

7. All participants' Instagram names will be recorded and saved to determine the winner. All data will be deleted no later than 30 days after the end of the competition. Only data from the winners will be recorded and used only to conduct the competition. Participants have statutory rights to information, changes and revocation.

8. Employees of Lovjoi Organic Clothing GmbH are excluded from participating in the competition.

DATA PROTECTION IN THE COMPETITION


Description and scope of data processing: To participate in the competition, you must provide personal data. All Facebook names of the participants will be recorded and saved to determine the winner. The winners will be announced via the comment function on the Lovjoi Facebook page. The date of birth will only be recorded for the winners and will only be used to conduct the competition. 2. Legal basis for processing: The legal basis for processing the above-mentioned personal data is your consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. A GDPR.

  • Purpose of data processing: The processing of personal data serves exclusively to carry out the competition.
