Initially, you should avoid underwire bras to prevent engorgement. For this, we recommend the Phaselia and Nepeta models. Our maternity bras are also perfect for pregnancy, especially the wire-free options. If you're looking for a bra specifically for breastfeeding, we recommend waiting until your baby is a week old before ordering. Only then will your bra size be truly accurate. Breasts change dramatically before and in the first few days after birth. Therefore, it's difficult to predict your ideal bra size before giving birth.
